「Hotel room not really cleaned or bed made after 1st night stay just looked like towels changed and duvets pulled back over bed. Hotel rooms and corridors in need of an upgrade very tired and bath had chip out of it」

「基本住宿是合格的，但服務有相當可以改善的空間。首先是洗衣服務，酒店簡介說是有洗衣服務的，但前枱小姐說沒有，要客人自己抬衣服去15分鐘路程外的自助洗衣店洗衣，非常不便，不明白這麼簡單的服務酒店為什麼不可以安排。另外是借用雨傘，極大部份酒店都有雨傘借給住客，查詢時前枱小姐又說沒有。其他的也不細說了。」

「Room was lovely and clean. Brand new bathroom. Rest of room could do with updating but room was spotless. I had one of the rooms that opened to outside. The door was a little drafty was the only downside so had to turn the heating upto max to stay warm. But would 100% stay again.」

「We only stayed for a couple of nights but we found Danni and her family very friendly and welcoming. The room was very comfortable and clean with everything you needed. The breakfast and evening meals were excellent, and nothing was too much trouble. Thank you all very much and we will definitely return. 」
