「I’ve enjoyed my holiday at Gran Bali hotel Benidorm. Cleanliness and comfort. Given a sea view as requested and the view and room were very pleasant Restaurant was clean and staff helpful if needed. Only issue was the long queues to buy a drink in the island bar. Especially in the late afternoon. Only 1 staff making coffees. Cocktails and other drinks taking time before you can be served. 「The only issue was on the first day was lots of cockroachs in reception, but I don't think it was anything to do with the cleanliness of the hotel think something happened outside and they wandered in. It was dealt with pretty quickly. The rooms were cleaned and well maintained.」
