「The room is insanely small. It is absolutely overated. Also the floor was designed with zero consideration of their customer. It has stairs in each floor. I have to carry my two huge suitcases upstairs. DO NOT CHOOSE THIS HOTEL. trash as fk.」

「The accommodation was comfortable and within walking distance of the downtown area. It also had a convenient parking lot. We really liked the accommodation overall, but the only drawback we encountered was that the drainage in the bathroom shower was not very smooth and water would often pool.」

「酒店位置很好離班芙纜車和班芙小鎮很近 ，可以酒店看起來有點舊，但位置很方便。房間大但浴室很小。餐點普通，早餐沒有特別好吃可以不用特別花錢去吃。工作人員都很友善，酒店也有自己的停車場需付費停車。」

「Enjoy a nice stay at MTN.Pet friendly room already includes the clean fee that is awesome. Very advanced you can pre check in on line and get door password. The bedding is clean and coffee machine is great.」

「There was actually very little on offer in terms of breakfast variety especially since we stayed 3 nights. It was the same everyday. The bar staff were not very helpful and the limited selection of snacks that we did order, wings and spring rolls were pitiful and not worth the money spent on them. There was no initiative to clean up tables…just left guests to clean up after themselves. We paid for private underground parking but the garage door was open the whole time…even though we were given...
