「Excellent couple of nights rest. 」

「Lovely hotel, very clean and staff Lovely. Used the spa which was nice but noticed the ice room needs some TLC (Mosiac tiles everywhere) and the seating in one sauna was broke. Food was high quality and tasty. Pillows were so comfy and the room had high end ELEMIS Toiletries. Overall a great stay. 」

「I stay here regularly and always have a very comfortable sleep, the rooms are lovely with plenty of space, adjustable heating and a rather confusing TV remote! water is hot, beds are comfy, bottles of water and tea of coffee in the room but sadly no decaffeinated coffee. Good breakfast, great choice, made fresh, though do object to the cleaner mopping the floor during breakfast service making the floor very slippery (a worry for someone who has just had recent hip replacements) I have mentioned...

「Great location right in the centre of Chester, close to restaurants, the Rows and shops. I was pleasantly surprised as to how quiet my room was even though it overlooked Pepper Street which is a busy road- I didn’t hear any traffic at all. 」
