It was nice experience, room were clean and comfortable, but you can hear people talking from outside and other rooms, and wifi got some problem it was really slow during my staying, but in general the staying was comfortable

nice hotel for the money you paid
A walking distance to quite a lot of scenic spots, the buffet breakfast is OK, just basic breakfast. The staff is friendly and helpful. The room was tidy but we didn't figure out how the heater worked. The one drawback is that the floor makes noise as people walking pass the corridor. It has a lift but it is small and slow, but for such a old building, it's really a bonus seeing a lift there.

The receptionists were very polite, kind and helpful. The property is under remodelling. The zone is hectic but it can be a good or bad thing. The bedss were comfortable and the room did not feel cold.

had this hostel booked for 2 nights but ended up staying only 1. the elevator door was broken. luckily the guy behind the desk “made an exception” or else i would have had to carry my large checked bag up about 5 flights of stairs. there’s no accommodations but the location is great. the walls are insanely thin. if you’re a light sleeper, look somewhere else. the beds and lockers are very rickety. it was somewhere to sleep and honestly fine for the price, but probably wouldn’t go back.

Recepcionist was quite rude, there was a misunderstanding with the reservation and even tho I gave him the booking reference number he still didn’t find it. Once it was sorted out, he was adamant in saying “you were wrong” several times. Awful customer service. Event at the check out the person who was there (a different one) he could not pay attention to what we were saying since he was very into his mobile phone Such a shame because the city is gorgeous
