"An excellent brand-new hotel very close to the airport. Rooms are spacious, well equipped, good shower with plenty of hot water. Breakfast is good with a good selection available. The hotel does not have a restaurant so no dinner available but there is an HIE a two-minute walk away with a small menu. Only downside was the rooms were very hot and we were unable to turn down the temperature and we were not allowed to open the window."

"I would recommend this hotel for the price but there are some flaws. It is very dated and does not look fresh. The rooms are better than the lobby. My check in was not the smoothest but not why I would give this hotel bad marks. My disappointment lies completely with the bad service, information and horrible attitude I got from the concierge. I don't know his name but he was completely incompetent, did not know the city at all and even gave me wrong information. He did not even kn ow the museums...

"The hotel wasnt far from the Brussels north railway station and the trams were also within walking distance. Our room was at the front of the hotel and unfortunately there was quite a bit of noise going on up to nearly midnight. The air conditioning had been turned off as it was now classed as being cold outside and when we complained it was too warm we were told we could open a window which wasnt ideal due to the noise outside making it hard to get to sleep after a long day out in the city...

"I liked staying here, it was off the busy area of the Grand Place but right next to a major train station (Rogier) where you could take the train anywhere. It's walking distance to the gran place (~20mins) and 15minutes walk from the bank of Belgium where alot of tour buses pick up from. The hotel itself is beautiful and I really enjoyed their abundance of breakfast options. The rooms were also really nice and peaceful. My biggest gripe about the hotel was the bathroom. They are doing a save...
