「Such a convenient location - the bus stop across the street, and a short taxi ride to the airport. We got there after dark so couldn't see the beautiful building.... 「Small and quiet although a lot of traffic noise as our room was right on the roadside and no double glazing. Clean and orderly. No noise from other visitors. Staff helpful. Lovely small pool and sauna. The room was a bit on the small side, room for only one chair and we were two visitors but otherwise very comfortable. Beautiful situation and excellent walks from the hotel.」

「Massive free car park Check in by the bar for all information given. Room (6) up a flight of stairs The room is very compact! As was the shower room. 「Simon was extremely helpful, very friendly & welcoming. Thank you. We are returning customers and will continue to return, it’s in an ideal location for everything and everywhere, close to the theatre and shops, 1 bedroom apartment with plenty of space. The only downfall is the music from the club behind but if you can handle a bit of noise from the music and students then it’s well worth a stay」

「There were not curtains or black out curtains on the windows. The mirror had emotion detection led lights and as I was trying to switch them off I found a syringe, thankfully without the needle. I'm very disappointed with the overall condition of the room.」

「What a beautiful location. When my wife and i woke up in the morning, we watched the sunrise over the Dales. The same for breakfast as the dining room has ceiling high windows overlooking the cows and sheep grazing in the fields. The rooms are nice, clean, and quiet, and the beds are comfy. We quickly became friends with some of the other guests. The bottom line is that we had a wonderful time there. We highly recommend Throstle Nest Farm. 」

「We had a two night stay at the Fountains Guest house. Great location to walk into town and we managed to get a space on the rear car park. Smart entry system worked well so no need for room keys - a bonus . Super comfortable bed with modern bathroom and shower - small bathroom but perfectly adequate.
