「I’ve enjoyed my holiday at Gran Bali hotel Benidorm. Cleanliness and comfort. Given a sea view as requested and the view and room were very pleasant Restaurant was clean and staff helpful if needed. Only issue was the long queues to buy a drink in the island bar. Especially in the late afternoon. Only 1 staff making coffees. Cocktails and other drinks taking time before you can be served. I can imagine this will be worse when hotel full. Staff were pleasant though. No signs to say where the spa...

「For the money we spent, we found the people working there to be quite rude and unhelpful. Beds were uncomfortable and it was quite loud at night making it hard to sleep. Water park closed early on a hot day. Not worth it 」
