「All servigroup hotels are of a high service and work to a formular that works well, this hotel is no different but please be aware it is right opposite a bar called morgans which is one of the busiest along the famous benidorm strip ! So the noise at night is constant, people shouting and laughing as they come out up to 5am! If your light sleeper its definitely not for you!!! But if you want handy to all the bars and clubs its fabulous, thank you calypso im going home for a rest xx」

「Booked a room months before staying . Asked for a balcony , didn’t get . Very frustrated to have to pay extra for the safe , AND the mini fridge . The cleaner thought it was acceptable to enter the room at 8am ! On Two occasions !! After having a very loud conversation outside the room !!! Not really acceptable . The price should include all services ( fridge and safe - put the price up if you need to ) Honour the request by the traveller or tell them it’s occupied at the time of booking ! Will...

「Absolutely loved this hotel so much, the staff were so friendly and welcoming. A beautiful pool area which was nice and quiet to send the day and the room, very clean and functional. Always use servigroup hotels as I find they have amazing standards and food at reasonable price. The Venus was no different.」
