「Our stay was delightful. They were the only place in the city who accepted a reservation with a some what large dog and even helped me make the reservation since I was having a hard time. They checked me in at 11am so that me and the pup wouldnt have to wonder after a long drive. Our room had coffee and tea along with milk and cookies in the fridge. The Studios themselves are quite spacious and they all come with a kitchen, which is good for people like me who can't eat everything. Downstairs...

「The communication was great and the staff was very helpful. Check-in was easy. However, as soon as we entered the room, the floor smelled like urine. It was clearly soiled. If they remove the carpet and put in different linoleum or tile flooring, it would be much better. The trash from outside also made our bathroom stink. Third very important we have to walk 5 min outside the hotel to another hotel to have breakfast wait for it, When we arrived and get in to the food room they came to us u don’t have reservations after we start eating, their is no connection between both hotels . So expedia you shocked me .」
