"It is a great experience. We ENJOYed ourselves as much as any other hotel at the Dead Sea, including the more expensive ones. We particularly liked the spa's salt water pool that is both inside and outside. The food is excellent and has good quality. We loved the automatic towel machines. The downsides were mostly minor. "Check in was very nice, warm nice reception people. there is not enough parking and got a ticket while I double parked to check in! The rooms are small but clean, bathrooms out of date and poorly repaired. Massage was amazing, great staff . Gym and in door pool was under construction but out door pool was very nice ."

"The staff was very nice and helpful. The hotel is very nice but needs some repairs in public areas. There was a restroom by the main desk which had a broken faucet. They also need to provide more public restrooms for guests because there were none by the pool and only the one by the main desk. It’s not reasonable to think everyone should walk back to their room to use the bathroom if they are relaxing in the main area. "

However, the room we received in the southern wing did not meet the expected standard for a hotel of this level. The bed was uncomfortable, the balcony window would not lock, leaving the room open most of the time, the electrical sockets were falling apart, and overall, the room was old and not up to the hotel's standard.
