「Beautiful property in the heart of Leon. Convenient to walk and easy to take a taxi anywhere. The view from our rom was very nice. The staff @ the VIP lounge always very pleasant and the premises are kept very clean . Only thing tho is the bed in our Room, was hard not very comfortable ! Some people prefer a hard bed, some of us don’t . Besides that everything was very nice . Thank you Hotson for making our stay pleasant . 」

「We were firstly check-in a room that was used and not clean, and then we got another room without any apologize. The swimming pool should be warm but it was cold that day. The tables and floor of swimming pool sitting area was not clean the next morning time. There were popcorns and foods on the floor.」

「The stay was good, however there is always room for improvement. The shower windows could be cleaner, and the faucets should be changed because the water spills all over since the sinks are not deep.」

「Excelente atención en la recepción. Las instalaciones están limpias y hay una terraza ideal para mascotas. Sugiero que tengan cafetera y café en las habitaciones, así como crema para manos. En general está bien, pero considero que el precio es caro para lo que es.」
