「Regardless the proprietor not answering when we arrived, i went to the upstairs terrace and the lady in charge [Mayra] came out and was able to assist me. She provided us with our room and provided us with her number for any further assistance. She keeps the building mint clean and the room was impeccable, smelled amazing. We asked her for extra pillows and she brought them down in less than 10min. This is my second time staying here and all is a great experience. Highly recommend 」
