「The receptionist, Lucy, overcharged us for the stay. Make sure you check your receipts before payments. Rooms are badly neglected, especially plumbing, with smelly toilets and blocked bathrooms. The garden and some staff were nice. If you are coming for a holiday I wouldn't recommend it. Not worth the price compared to the quality. 」

「The location is excellent- close to the Nairobi National Park and the giraffe sanctuary- and the hotel is spacious and comfortable. It is set in a pretty garden boasting abundant bird life, with many delightful common spaces where one can relax and enjoy the peaceful environment. What is outstanding about this hotel however is the staff. Everyone was friendly and helpful and made us feel well cared for. 」

「There is a manager Job that schedule several tours only wanted me to pay in cash and didn't pay for parks entrances and when I asked to be paid back he sent to my driver he was honest but not in my hand like I paid him the staff around him is exceptional the internet there is none this hotel need new management」
