「What I like most in this hotel are the staff, specifically Armen and Irakly. They are very accommodating and easy to approach. They help you all through out the stay. They will assist you whenever you need assistance. I booked for included breakfast, the variation of food is not so much but they will make sure that you will be satisfied of their service and food. 「This hotel has a very nice and cute design. The cleaning team was efficient and did a good job, but the reception staff, except for one person named Lukas, were not helpful. Lukas was the only one who provided excellent customer service and went out of his way to assist us. 「This is one of the best hotels I have stayed at in my whole life! The hotel is gorgeous and the staff is very friendly. We checked into this hotel right after we drove from Stepantsminda, and we were tired and hungry. The staff offered us breakfast and champagne and we were so grateful for that. 「I really liked this hotel. I've stayed in a lot of hotels in Tbilisi and I rate this one. It was last minute booking for business I paid only 100 gel for the room (this was last minute and off-season) for the price it was great for a short stay, the wi-fi was good, and the girl at the front desk was friendly and helpful, the location is in the tourist part of town and the reception area looks great.
