「Keeping in mind that this is a small family run hotel in the Avila old town I am giving it my highest rating. This is not an international style 5 star, so don’t expect that. First the staff, some of which I presume are the owners, (José, Ricardo, Diego, Victor and one whose name I missed) were extremely helpful and friendly. It is clean, comfortable and quiet. 「Firstly, the staff were lovely - gave me the really quiet room that I’d requested and was very much appreciated! The location cannot be more central &, though an old traditional building, it has been well maintained and the room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was simple but fine & a bargain at €2. Will definitely return when in beautiful Avila. Muchas Gracias!」

「飯店就在大教堂的旁邊，一開窗就看到大教堂，地點很好，離muralla 也很近，唯一美中不足的就是他是四星的飯店但竟然沒有Wi-Fi ，和櫃台反應，他們竟然說網路壞了，實在令人很錯愕，雖然只停留一晚，但沒有網路讓旅客很不方便」

「This is a hidden gem. I really loved my large beautifully decorated room with a terrace. The staff were very responsive. Excellent service, very convenient location, beautiful decor, classy and authentic breakfast. I would highly recommend it and I will come back.」
