This hotel looks very nice but if you want rest, it’s not the place for you! The bed was as hard as a rock, the street was so noisy, and the curtains would not close, keeping the room so light all night long! Not a comfortable place to stay at all!

Acropolis magenta has a tiny lobby but large rooms - good proportions. We loved walking to the ancient sites from this central location.

We loved this hotel! The front desk staff were so helpful for us, especially when we needed to contact our tour businesses and they made the call so we wouldn't have to worry about the language barrier. The hotel is right in the center of so many attractions in Athens so I highly recommend staying here.

The Acropolis Magenta is an excellent luxury suite/hotel facility in a good location in the heart of Athens, it is possible to walk to the Acropolis from here and to Syntagma too. Staff were nice and friendly and room options were good, there was a safe in my room and a small fridge too with bottled water which was appreciated. Only negatives I can say were that my room was facing the main road which tends to be noisy during overnight period too and I found it difficult to sleep comfortably more often than not. Only negative regarding the room was that there was no drawer or set of drawers to store clothing items.

Excellent ApartHotel. Well appointed room with very comfy bed and pillows. Excellent clean bathroom and shower. Staff very pleasant and efficient. Perfect central location for the main attractions and lots of dining options all within walking distance. Highly recommended at the cost.

This property was clean and the rooms were a nice size, however we went downstairs multiple times EACH night to complain about the air conditioner not working. The room temp was above 75F, which we are from the south and need cooler temp at night. They did not take our concerns and inconvenient seriously and did not make any efforts to make it right. The manager was supposedly notified and we never saw or heard anything from him. Nor was the problem properly addressed. The controllers panel was located at the front desk and controlled by them. They also did not offer a fan, to open the locked window in our room or move us to another room. It was an unpleasant experience for a stupid reason that could have easily been corrected. Very dissatisfied with the level of service and lack of manager involvement. It also was quite a walk 20-3in to the main areas to eat, shop and visit.

The property has a classy look & is in town close to tourism sights. The staff was friendly & reasonably helpful. Luggage storage was a plus. Negatives: the room had poorly designed lighting & a small window with no view. We had to make up the sofa sleeping area oursrlves. No room phone & no instructions on how to set the heat above freezing

Great hotel, within walking distance of Acropolis. Easy walk to hotel from Syngrou-Fix metro station (coming from airport). Room was large, well equipped and very clean. Nice restaurants close to hotel. We were also able to take a bus directly to the cruise port from the hotel. Would definitely stay again!

Es ist eine sehr zentrale Unterkunft, wir konnten alle Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß besichtigen. Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und wir haben nichts zu kritisieren. Ausser vielleicht das es keinen deutschen Sender im Kabelfernsehen gab;) Ausserdem war das Personal an der Rezeption sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sehr zu empfehlen für eine Städtereise.
