"Good location with 5-8min walk from bus terminal. The unit is compact with all amenities inlcuding a small kitchen, full size fridge and washing machine. Condition of cooking utensil is excellent. Very efficient communication with the host. The only down side is that the heating is not very efficient. I stayed in a not-so-cold day (10 degrees), it still take hours to warm up the room, to an extent that i dont feel freezing, but still I need to put on my sweater to keep myself warm."

"Very spacious rooms with small kitchen area. Comfortable beds. Lots of room and extra futon mattresses are also comfortable. Granola/yogurt breakfast was so good! Nice to have the washing machine in the room and laundromat down the street. Check in was very smooth and staff was very helpful. "We booked the hotel the day of the trip as we had change plans due to Typhoon Haishen. When we entrance to the hotel was blocked with a rope and they did not answer the phone. There was noone to get any information, we did not get a cancellation or a notification.
