"Good hotel in the centre but I'd not give it 5 stars. The sofa and cupboard in the room were a tad worn out and outdated. The cupboard didn't close properly. There was some built up dust etc. on the toiletries in the bathroom. However, the overall standard was good. Beds were comfortable, the room was very warm (sometimes even too warm and we weren't able to lower the temperature), staff were helpful and friendly. "

"Really nice hotel right in the middle of town. We had a room with a single bed upstairs for our son. McDonalds is next door if you need some quick food but the hotel has a lovely resraurant and there is also one over the road directly opposite. Parking was a challenge. The hotel carpark is down a steep alleyway and looked very scary to navigate into. The carpark was full so we parked in the shopping centre accross the road. "Really good located hotel in the middle of Andorra. Big rooms and big toilet, with shower and also bath tub. Pet friendly! Which makes it easy for a family holiday :) Great customer service too! Really helpful "

"In general the hotel was fine although the breakfast opens from 8am which was late for me since I got the bus at 8. Also you need too book spa in advance, I stayed there for 1 night and during checkin I tried to book a slot and all were taken already"
