「The weather was very bad, ice and snow. Log burners in hotel helped my mood on arrival. The hotel has good parking and the staff very helpful, evening meal very good and also breakfast was excellent. Room and bathroom was well sized and all clean and comfortable. Cannot think of anything negative. Apart from the weather. Will stay there again next time I need a hotel in the area.」

「Large comfortable rooms with king sized bed. Spacious bathroom with adequate toiletries. However the light over the basin was not working thus making it dark for my husband to shave. This was report to reception. No overhead lighting on the dressing table mirror either, again making it dark to apply makeup. Prior to arrival we were asked to specify a time for breakfast. 「I have stayied here many times and enjoy the hotel. Lovely all year round. Amazing in summer for the voews and walks. Lovely food, reasonable price. The breakfast is amazing with proper coffee. I will be staying aloy more in the future and highly recammend. Every element is 10/10. The staff are great and nothing is too much. People travel to the hotel for their food so you will always be treated to a great feast at a great price with a lovely peaceful hotel to rest you head for the next day!」

「The hotel actually has two sections on two sides of the bridge. We were expecting to be on the water side but was disappointed. The room only has a small window facing the back of the hotel.
