「We had to arrive after 8 p.m. Our prepaid 2-queen bed room had been given away, but we were given a 2-room suite with a king bed, pullout couch, full kitchen, and 2 bathrooms. So the substitute was ok and an improvement with 2 bathrooms. Facilities were reasonably clean. Pool was packed with screaming kids on a Saturday night. Thought there was supposed to be a hot tub, but never found. Overall, stay was satisfactory, and with a surprising gift of substitute suite.」

「Room was immaculate! Employees were very polite and helped us with luggage. There is NO elevator, so they did help us get our luggage upstairs. Continental breakfast was ok. only one plug on each side of the bed, and no other plugs available in the room, so I had to plug my phone in the bathroom. When we arrived, room was HOT. It took quite a few hours to cool it down and they didn't have a fan to help cool us. If you're expecting a certain number of reservations, cool the room down! Pillows...

「It managed to be a fairly quiet stay even with several young base ball teams there for tournaments. Staff was very friendly and the breakfast was good - the servers were very efficient in getting food refilled during "packed" breakfasts. Pool looks great but did not get a chance to enjoy it. Nice area and convenient to Bass Pro and Kohl's. 」
