「The room was clean and spacious.」

「Spacious modern apartment with views over Double Bay. Close to all dining and transport. Perfect place for a lovely time in Sydney. Will go again. 」

「Really lovely apartment, well appointed and very clean. Close to dining and shopping and public transport.」

「We left the property. Its bathroom / laundry abd toilet are in one very small opening. Bathroom in shower and roof were full of mould. It was so tight you had to squeeze between the shower and basin. The toilet was behind the door. No air con and is on the second floor. Sun blaring in. It was a sweat box!!!. Had to very small fans on the floor neither of them had coverings to protect the fan. No where to even put them. No side draws. Living space and kitchen nice but you can not stay in there...

「Location is perfect and convenient. Everything in the hotel is so far so good, reception staff is friendly and helpful. However, it is strange that the hotel price does not include toothpaste and slippers, or the guest is required to pay extra to get these amenities. Luckily, I have brought my own stuff. It is suggested that to give ahead to the guest before their arrival enable them to know how to make preparation. 」

「In the middle of night there was false fire alarm goes on whole night and every body have to evacuate from hotel room and we are staying in room 2209 all the way down from 22 floor all the way use fire exit door to lobby and wait for more than an hour until we back to our room but fire alarm still going on whole night. I would like to lodge a complaint for our suffered and argue for compensation that we have spent over $1200 a night stay was absolutely nightmare. Regards Mark Chow 」
