「The most comfortable hotel bed I’ve ever had! Gym has everything you would be likely to need. Spa was a little bit of a disappointment as it’s quite small and the steam room was a bit smelly! 」

「The room we had was a good size and very comfortable. The bed, bathroom and shower were excellent. Breakfast was à la carte and delicious. But the main assets of this property were the individual staff members, who were very friendly and helpful. In particular, Aidan, the night desk clerk, was great fun to talk to, and gave us at least three great restaurant recommendations. 」

「we arrived late to the hotel, first had to pull luggage up a flight of stairs to get to the reception. then when we entered the room it was not as fancy looking as in the pictures, and bath towels were dangling in the bathroom, and we weren't sure if they were clean. bathroom is small and very squished. 」

「We started badly, as the day we arrived there was really loud music from a bar next door until 3am. However, we were then changed to another flat where the noise was much less. We also had a few issues with appliances not working, but the property tried to fix them and if they couldn’t they let us use the appliances in another flat that was empty. The manager and the reception staff were very friendly and helpful. 」
