「We started badly, as the day we arrived there was really loud music from a bar next door until 3am. However, we were then changed to another flat where the noise was much less. We also had a few issues with appliances not working, but the property tried to fix them and if they couldn’t they let us use the appliances in another flat that was empty. The manager and the reception staff were very friendly and helpful. 」

「The staff here are amazing and nothing is too much trouble. Many lovey touches. The suites are in a separate building but only a couple of mins walk and the staff will transfer all your luggage if you require. The suites are very spacious and everything you could require has been though of. A big thank you for the suprise birthday cake!」

「we arrived late to the hotel, first had to pull luggage up a flight of stairs to get to the reception. then when we entered the room it was not as fancy looking as in the pictures, and bath towels were dangling in the bathroom, and we weren't sure if they were clean. bathroom is small and very squished. 」
