「we arrived late to the hotel, first had to pull luggage up a flight of stairs to get to the reception. then when we entered the room it was not as fancy looking as in the pictures, and bath towels were dangling in the bathroom, and we weren't sure if they were clean. bathroom is small and very squished. 」

「Great location easy walking to old city. The room has great potential however the TV was missing (just an empty wall bracket) and the garage remote was unavailable. This was not communicated ahead of time and Management seemed to be unaware until we contacted them. Management was very quick to respond but was unable or unwilling to find a solution. Promises to investigate came to nothing. At the end when neither issue was solved during a 4 night stay they were unwilling to provide any...
