「This hotel seemed to be recently renovated so everything was in great condition. The staff was exceptionally friendly and service was great. Hotel is not a "strip" hotel, but bus transport is right outside that can take you downtown and to the bus station to connect to other areas. 2great supermarkets are 5 minutes walk from the hotel so you can stock up on room snacks very easily. Tutto perfetto, la permanenza in un posto magnifico in mezzo alle vigne, anche se a poca strada da Heraklion, è stata veramente rilassante. 「Very friendly and helpful staff. Modern apartment with two balconies with a view of the mountains. Grocery store and Jumbo two streets down. Bus stop very close with buses taking you to Old Town and Amadoura beach. You can walk to Koules Fort and the Old Town by walking along the ocean too! I highly recommend this apart-hotel for a short or long stay for its great location, excellent staff and very comfortable furniture.」
