「One of the very few “not overrated” hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The building is old, so that comes with some specific challenges (definitely saw a mouse in the dining room), but the service was next to none, the room was extraordinarily comfortable, every thought and amenity taken into consideration. 「Very impressive. Staff was nice and enthusiastic. The room was spacious, clean, and decent. Love the design of the mansion. It was a pity that we cannot try the fine dining at this beautiful hotel due to their maintenance. Will surely come back in the future!」

「The property was convenient for us. It was spotlessly clean. The small details were nicely thought out. The person who met us at the property was helpful and friendly. We have only one criticism: There is a wall between units that is not soundproofed. It needs to be. We were kept awake the entire first night by noise from the adjoining unit. Lots of people plus kids. The second night one of the kids (probably) was roller skating up and down the hallway in their unit. I went over and talked to...
