"We had a quiet & comfortable stay at this hotel linked to conference centre, near to the Crystal Palace park / hospital neighbourhood. The reception were very helpful with parking advice and took time to explain all facilities ( good English spoken) We enjoyed the inclusive breakfast buffet on the top floor dining room with a great view on the bridge . A 5 min walk downhill took us to a selection of hotel bars, cafes and restaurants on the riverside (‘Soul Sense’ was our fave cool spot for eats...

"Best hostel l have stayed in. No negatives at all. Great location and views. Very welcoming and helpful staff. Comfortable and larger than average beds. Everywhere clean. Breakfast fabulous andvusevof kitchen facilities if needed. Would definitely recommend a stay here ..wish l could have stayed longer "

"The hotel is located within easy walking access to restaurants and stores. I stayed for three weeks and it suited my needs. Rooms are small, but adequately equipped. There was no coffee maker in my room until two days before checkout when one showed up unrequested, which I found odd. The buffet breakfast is over-priced for what is available around the area.
