"Right across the street from airport. Even though it was a very short walk with luggage , it can be a little complex because the uneven sidewalk.. however they do have a shuttle for two euros, which was very convenient because I had an early flight and it runs 24 hours. the hotel is very compact but clean and comfortable. I did try the buffet lunch and that was good. I did not have breakfast because I had such an early flight. They have lots of vending also for snacks and sodas and water."

"Everything was wonderful except that it did mot feel like there was much recognition of VIP status. No bottles of wine were offered or room upgrade. We had to argue for the room we orginally paid for and also we were downgraded for the end of our stay. It felt like we paid a lot of money ($450/nt) to not be treated like anything special. $450 is a lot of momey in Portugal. or anywhere..it was disappointing. "It was a great hotel with best views in Porto. Clean room, great service, nice food. Welcome drink during check in. On the negative side: hotel didn't congratulate me on my birthday. It could be a small gesture like bottle of wine in the room or even a card. Absolutely nothing. During last 10 years travelling and staying in different hotels around the world it was my first birthday when hotel didn't pay attention to me on my birthday...."
