「Within the walking distance to the airport terminal 2, I feel relieved to be check-in to the morning flight the next day. Though it is a tiny room for one person, I could refresh myself from the tireness with a comfortable bed and some space for exercise.」

Size of the room and bath is big, location is near National Express bus station and China town so it is very convenient, no complaint. My room's window is facing the a busy road, so if you're sensitive to noise, it is better to ask for a quite room. Staffs are helpful and nice.」

「Parking is a massive issue at this hotel. I arrived at 19.00 and there was absolutely no spaces. I then after 30 mins of driving around the complex looking i gave up and parked on a residential street. My car was damaged although not the hotels responsibility if there had been parking available this should not have happened. Also it meant having a 10 minute walk with laptop overnight case etc. Fortunately not raining.」

「Basically ok for short stay. I checked in after midnight, staff was still around. But there were some people in the corridor slammed and knocked the door, probably for other rooms, felt a bit unsafe. And there was strong and over fragrance in the room that lasts forever. other things were all good.」

「I am so happy that this hotel exists - now a go to first choice hotel whenever I’m in the city. The room is spacious and the service was excellent. They put customers in a high regards. I went to the fitness area and while it is small it is clean with all the equipment you need when you want to get moving. Furthermore the bar looked excellent and had a range of options which I appreciated. Based on location I find that it is so conveniently placed with a range of parking options. Wish I took...

Very convenient classic hotel
