"First time staying here and we will definitely be back. My son had brain surgery Emergent UCSF , we came in from Sacramento CA. I found the hotel while I was sitting in his pre-op room. I called and asked if we can check in early. The front desk manage (I believe); said yes and he had the room cleaned early for us. It was so quiet in the neighborhood. We will be back in a few months for his second surgery,and will be staying here again. Nice Management and staff. "

"We got an interesting room where the sink was outside the bathroom and extremely tiny which was quite unexpected. Other than that everything else was good, the staff was amazing and helpful. Very convenient location, two blocks from the train and major streets."

"It was a beautiful charming property and super clean, great price and service; conveniently located to activities we wanted to do. Cookies in the evening was a great treat. Breakfast was modest; by that I mean relatively moderate, limited, and small, but okay. I recommend going out for breakfast if you’re wanting something more substantial and tasteful. "

"I have been staying here for over 20 years on my annual trips to San Francisco. The Inn is very convenient, close to shops and restaurants on Chestnut Street. The parking is a plus too. The Inn has been renovating rooms and they are very nice and was much needed. Highly recommend this property."

"The hotel is newly remodeled, it is very cute and it was very clean. They have a nice terrace on the top floor. The room was very clean, spacious and comfy. It is within walking distance to so many restaurants, bars, patisseries, and entertainment options. Our first night we walked to a place that was right by the corner of the hotel for dinner and it was delicious! Happy with our stay here ! "
