"The staff was great with helping out. The property was clean and quiet. Dining options are within 1-2 miles or less. Variety of options less than a mile away. Near convenience stores. Easy route to the Ferry Building and Pier 39. A little more of a walk to Pier 43 1/2. Great centralized location. Easy to commute from whether it is Lyft, Uber, Waymo or Muni."

"We did see someone's hair gel container on the floor under the bathroom counter. Not a huge deal. When asked if there was an extra USB to USBC cord in the lost and found at the front desk as I had forgotten mine front desk person didn't even look and pointed us to your little store, which didn't even sell that type. Wish there was a bar, or coffee stand in the lobby area so that we could grab a drink or coffee to go. We never got to use our food and drink credit as it wasn't convenient. So...

"Holiday weekend trip with my girls . We upgraded to the regency club which was well worth the money . Checking out was a bit chaotic with valet service but our car came fast . Also the front desk person when I called down because valet would not answer was a bit frazzled and not very pleasant . Other than that loved it there"
