"There was a huge rat in the apartment. The first night we found our fruits eaten by something. We brought to the front desk attention but they denied it being from rats. The second night, we found the rat in the bathroom late at night. They move our family to a higher ground but never apologised or did anything to address the hassle of throwing away all the toiletries and clothing items that had been touched by the rat."

"Had an absolutely fantastic stay at Casa Margarita. The accommodation is in a great location, super close to the main square and the station, but still on a quiet street. The area felt very safe, and we were able to wander around in the evenings which was lovely. Staff were very friendly, and the room was clean and had a great view of the mountains. Would absolutely come to stay here again. "

"ON ARRIVAL THEY HAD NO RECORD OF MY BOOKING. I HAD TO WAIT IN THE STREET FOR20 MINUTES WHILE THEY SORTED IT OUT. CLEAN BUT APPALLING LAYOUT, WITH THE BATHROOM DOWNSTAIRS AND BEDROOM UPSTAIRS. NO TV UPSTAIRS AND TV DOWNSTAIRS NOT ON A SWIVEL AND IMPOSSIBLE TO WATCH FROM THE SOFA. ALSO THE BAREST MINIMUM OF AMENITIES PROVIDED FOR THE PRICE"

"Booked to take my two boys on a mini break on my own for the first time, was close to the airport, and shops and bars on the front, had a lovely but small pool area, but there was always beds and the kids loved it - could see all the pool at all times so also gave me chance to relax on the bed whilst watching them both. All staff were fantastic and could not have been more accommodating on our last day when we had to check out some 12 hours before our flight (hotel was fully booked so no option...

"Hidden down a lane from the main street but great location. 2 minute walk to the bus to take you to Plaza Espanya for the main train and bus station, so easy to go explore Sollier etc. Excellent staff. Fabulous rooftop terrace with great views of the cathedral. In the heart of the old town, so who could want for more????"

"Having stayed there before I was pleased that I knew the area and felt very safe as an older woman on her own. Some areas need a makeover, the sun beds could easily have a good clean and would be serviceable and the room needs a good deep clean especially the bathroom, not just an everyday lick!"
