"A nice stay in Tsim Sha Tsui. Well located hotel and beautifully decorated. Concierge service via WhatsApp is very helpful. There was a loud humming noise between 8am and 11pm that was unbearable in room 1024, so we asked to move. No problems after. Laundry service was outrageously expensive - $6 for a pair of socks. Very clean rooms and comfortable. "

"When i booked it online, i was a little worried. But it turned out to be a great choice. It offers free shuttle bus from airport which saved us a lot of efforts. It is very clean. The room is a little small, but beds are quite comfortable. The staff were very friendly ans helpful. The breakfast was amazing. I will go back to stay there when i visit HK again."

We were travelling with two little children (4 and 1 yo) and our room was spacious and fit for our needs, definitely on the large end for the price we paid! The hotel is not in perfect conditions but overall acceptable. The room was clean although the couch had some visible stains. The service was a bit disappointing: we asked for some dishwashing...
