"PMTK residence is a few blocks off a big street (Lad Phrao) but it's very quiet-- birds, not traffic, will wake you in the morning. It's a ten minute walk, if that, to the nearest MRT station, and there's lots of excellent street food in the area. Our room was large, airconditioned, and had a balcony, refrigerator, clean and spacious bathroom. There's no wifi, and the internet via ethernet is a bit dodgy. The pool is on the roof, lovely, clean, and we always seemed to have it all to ourselves....

"Good things -right next to the shopping center, skytrain & mrt (subway) -great customer services (all dept.) -provide 2 bottles of water a day per guest -good varieties of breakfast -love the water pressure (shower) Need to improve -parking (even that it is big but its always pack with shopping mall guests. The hotel should block or assign an area for hotel guests only to park. -some areas of the hotel need renovation -better pest control at f&b areas"

"Towels were replaced every day, even if we hung them up to indicate wanting to reuse. Everything was clean and comfortable. But a bit of spray and clean of some bathroom walls is required. The access to public transport was great, also the staff, ambience, and onsite coffee shop. The option to checkout for a fee is also very good and reasonable. The daily supply of water in glass bottles was also very much 👍, reducing plastic use. And no little plastic bottles in the bathroom. We did...

"The staff were really nice, and they made our stay very good. The only complaint we could have is that the AC took a long time to cool down the room, and since we're not used to the heat, it made it uncomfortable when trying to sleep for about half the night."

"We paid 50USD for a private room with a private bathroom. Not too bad, but the bathroom was not very well kept, and a bit dirty. The location is great for getting to the Don Mueang airport quickly, and reasonably close the to the weekend market, but other than that there is really no reason to stay on this side of town.
