「From the moment we arrived, the staff were superb. Kind and attentive yet genuine and not overbearing. We stayed in what looks like an extension of the original hotel so the surrounds and reception area are still a work in progress. However, the individual villas in a typical Khmer style with a private pool were an absolute delight, perfect when travelling as a young family. No words can express the gratitude for all the welcome 'home' snacks daily and even a 'Happy New Year' cake. Nothing...

「This hotel is a bit far away from town, however, they offered the free ride service which is incredible! The staff there are very friendly and the bed is extremely comfortable. Some part of hotel is under maintenance right now. This could be very noisy and I made complaint twice and the staff kindly offered me the massage. In general, I feel like some service needs to be improved - e.g. the housing staff will not refill the snack/drinks until you asked them to as well as no one will come to...

「I think the hotel is not worth the price. The hotel is lack of facilities, only a pool with restaurant and a minibar. Moreover, the housekeeping service is horrible. I suspect those staff didn't replace the bed sheet coz I found it not tidy. More than that, the housekeeping guy took the sleepers away and didn't replace it with a new one. When I ask them to gimme a sleeper, they gimme a jandal instead and none of the staff understands what I want. And finally I come to reception and tell them...

「被相片泳池靚景吸引, 所以連住5晚, check in 後比234號房我, 走廊轉彎第一間, 一看到房內陳設就感覺似一間士多房, 傢俱殘舊, 門鎖生銹, 廁所門關不上, 電話冇聲, 露台門鎖壞, 可以用恐怖來形容, 後來我要求換房, 前枱換左隔離235號房比我, 雖然潔淨情況比較好少少, 但係門鎖傢俱情況都是一樣, 後來又發覺電視只有雪花, 又要call room service維修, 算吧！再換都不會好得去邊, 真係後悔, 每日執房就只鋪平床單, 沒有更換, 簡簡單清潔一下廁所枱面, 毛巾放不足夠, 連拖鞋著到第3日已經污穢了都不更換, 要我掉進垃圾桶內給她看到才更換, 住了5日得出總結是絶對絶對不值得推介, 連2 星級都不如。」
