「From the moment we arrived, the staff were superb. Kind and attentive yet genuine and not overbearing. We stayed in what looks like an extension of the original hotel so the surrounds and reception area are still a work in progress. 「This hotel is a bit far away from town, however, they offered the free ride service which is incredible! The staff there are very friendly and the bed is extremely comfortable. Some part of hotel is under maintenance right now. This could be very noisy and I made complaint twice and the staff kindly offered me the massage. In general, I feel like some service needs to be improved - e.g. the housing staff will not refill the snack/drinks until you asked them to as well as no one will come to...
