「Lejligheden var pæn og ordentlig, og der var, hvad der skulle være. Der var mange små hyggelige spisesteder i gaden på bagsiden af bygningen. Der var daglig rengøring. Vi kommer tilbage 」

「房間很乾淨，每天都有人打掃。 但因為是公寓所以當有需要幫忙的時候無法即時有人幫你！也無法提前寄放行李或是離開後寄放行李。 隔音也很差。 但價錢很便宜！」

「Easy check-in at the hotel, a few doors down from the apartment. Excellent friendly staff, always willing to help. Great location, just 2 minutes walk from the waterfront. Great characteristic apartment with super comfy beds and wooden shutters on the window's to keep you cool. I cannot fault the place, we had an amazing time and i have to say these are one of the best apartments we have ever stayed in. Hugely recommend a stay here.」

「Everything worked and was clean. The location is perfect with bus stations and metro stations within 5 min walking. The supermarket nearby has all the essentials. The only little inconvenience we had was the laundry machine’s door handle was broken, allegedly by the last guest. We were told to just use a knife to jam open the door, and we did just that, so problem solved!」

Le grand lit etait bien confortable par contre le canapé lit serait bon a changé, et pour un logement de 4 personnes il serait plus judicieux et surtout pratique que les Wc ne soient pas dans la salle de bain. Hormis cela le logement etait tres bien」

「Perfect location, walkable to many restaurants and sites, also close to train stations for day trips outside of Lisbon. Clean unit, comfortable bed and sofa, includes a dishwasher and washer/dryer. Easy check-in with digital kiosk. Excellent communication with Lisbon Serviced Apartments, quickly replaced a broken coffee maker upon notice. 」

「The Pause apartments are in a very central location. The hosts, Beatriz and Gil were wonderful. They were very responsive to all of our needs and allowed us to store our luggage on the last day while we went on a tour. I will say that our place was a bit noisy early in the morning, once for an alarm that was going off and the second sounded like some construction (constant hammering starting at 7 am). Otherwise it was a good stay.」

「Hot water ran out in 15 minutes shower, twice in 5 nights. There were 3 of us, shower time 5-10 minutes each, the last to have the shower had basically no hot water, boiler meter went from around 70 degree to 20 degree in a matter of minutes and stayed that way for hours. Probably fine in hot summer but for January, it’s an execution. Our toothpaste got thrown away but we only found out when we were about to to go bed so we had to brush our teeth with water. 「My family of 5 really enjoyed our time in Lisbon. The apartment was very well located--we walked everywhere (except to Belem). The property was clean and the host communicated well and was responsive to our questions. The onsite person, David, was super friendly and did an amazing job of keeping our apartment clean and stocked with fresh towels, etc. We'd stay here again. 」

「check in方便，online預先做和到達後做也方便。管理人在我check in後特意上來打招呼，又講解聯絡方式和注意事項，友善熱情。地點在住宅區內，附近景點不多，但超市購物尚算方便。單位整體設施尚可，唯獨是沖涼去水不暢順，會積水，不太理想，若管理員能改善此問題，則整體是不錯的選擇。」

「The apartment is old and lack of maintenance. Everywhere was dusty where we got in. Water ran out of the bath tub after a shower. The mattresses are all very soft due to long time use and must be replaced. We didn't see or hear from any staff during our four days stay. The only good thing is the convenient location which is the only reason they can charge that much!!」
