"We look at the page to see the new year's activities in the room But we were shown the street room and couldn't see the Times Square New Year's Eve event at all. We asked for a room change and we had to pay more. We later paid more to get us another room. Will not book this hotel again."

Very Awful and Terrible Experience
"The entire hotel smelled like pee. The carpets were dated and not clean. The bath tub was dirty as well. ONE other thing that got me mad was that all the power sockets in the room are not working. This place is horrendous and disgusting, definitely not a four star hotel."
