「要先確認電梯入口處作為下車地點的選擇，我們下車的那一面入口沒有電梯，所以行李搬運會很不方便。另外從機場要搭計程車過來的話，要小心私家車會敲詐，建議使用Bolt,或是問問看飯店可不可以幫忙叫車，機場過來正常車費大約25歐元，我們不小心搭了黑車，所以被收費50歐元，這點需要注意。飯店本身住宿環境還可以只是由於是有歷史的木造樓房改造，所以樓上的腳步聲很吵，幸好晚上11:00以後聲音比較少，如果遇到夜趴的那可就不舒服了，以上請參考～」

「We were staying in room 106 which was a few stairs below the actual 1/F, that means you might need to carry your luggage going down the stairs. Luckily the staff was helpful who would help you. 「The best place I have ever stayed. I came here for some Golden Visa procedures, during COVID time it is really headache as I have to find clinic and print tones of stuff. Nevertheless, the staff here is very helpful and nice that they helped me a lot in printing stuff, calling clinic, morning call, luggage handling... etc. Even the intern, Sara, did a very good job. The service really exceeds my expectation and I would definitely stay here again when I get back to Lisbon. 」
