"We were overwhelmed by the lenghths to which the staff accommodated our needs to be in different parts of the overall resort at different times. Because most of the major hotels and attractions are interconnected with undercover links and escalators, walking from one to another was relatively easy on such a steep location."

"We stayed for 3 nights and loved this hotel. Reviews suggest it is run down and tired. This was not our experience at all. My only issues were pre arrival. It was not clear at all how to get to the hotel. Cable car? This hotel is actually in the mid hills and you do not need a cable car to get here. You can arrive by bus to the GPO (shops) near the hotel. Then you can either use hotel shuttle bus or use a Grab. The shuttle runs every hour. Leaves the hotel on the hour and from the GPO...
