We stayed for 2 nights. Myself, my husband, our 20 yr old daughter and my parents. Rooms were very clean, but small. The website did make that clear due to the age of the hotel. The beds were very small if you’re booking for a 3 person room, they are small twin beds.
Electrical outlets were a bit of an issue. They were 2 prong outlets by the beds, of which we didn’t have converters for and the 3 prong UK converter which we had but we’re not in close proximity to beds for charging phones or iPads/tablets. Our room had windows that opened (rm610) that helped cool down the room and once closed the noise from the city was significantly reduced. Rm 609, windows were bolted shut, so no airflow.
Thankfully there is a small elevator once you get up to the stairs to reception. It is stated on the site, but there are several stairs to get to the check in area.
Location was ideal for shopping, restaurants, transportation.
Would love if there were mini refrigerators in their rooms.
All in all a good stay, as long as you’re prepared.
Staff were lovely.
