「前台人員看不懂英文也看不懂繁體字 不查清楚就說找不到我的預定 機場週遭的酒店外國人多這個水平不行 房間便宜舒適但有很多故障 機場接送巴士很好」

「千萬不要預定這家酒店，地址離人民廣場12公里，根本不是網頁信息所稱的6分鐘步行路程，房東還稱是Expedia寫的，和他們無關，呵呵，自己房間的頁面你們不會檢查看看的嗎，任由欺騙用戶？ 而且我預定了兩晚，入住時被告知只有一晚有空，呵呵呵，果斷和Expedia投訴，強烈建議下線該民宿。」

「An amazing stay in Kevin's old house, the room was lovely, large and had nice furniture and all the features needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were amazing throughout the stay, helping wherever they can. The location is easily accessible to train stations and metro to the wider Shanghai area with two metro stations nearby. The breakfast was great and we are looking forward to staying there again when we can next visit Shanghai」

「Die ursprünglich gebuchte Wohnung war wegen angeblichem Wasserschaden nicht nutzbar und ich wurde auf ein Privatwohnung in einem anderen Stadtteil verwiesen. Diese war eine "Bruchbude" und entsprach in keinster Weise nur annähernd dem Standard der ursprünglichen Wohnung. 」

「this hotel is a scam Please do not book here save yourself some money and time they have an address close to Disney to get customer's attention but the hotel is not really in there the location they have is in the middle of nowhere right next to Disney and I tried to contact them they never answer. and this kind of hotel will ruin Expedia's name. 」

「The experience at the Zhujiajiao Teahouse Boutique Inn was disappointing. We had to move from our first room because the AC was not working properly. Our new room was a block away from the main building which was odd. This room was supposed to be an upgrade but we saw it as a down grade due to the WiFi and TV not working, a dead cockroach on the floor next to our bed and the bathroom was quite dirty. Luckily, the AC worked in this room. We will not recommend this hotel to anyone. 」
