「Location is good but it is up the hill so make sure to take their shuttle bus instead of walking. The facilities and staff are mostly great! Kim, the lady at the reception was particularly helpful, she helped me a lot on my trip planning and she is always smiling and polite!! For the sauna and gym, I would suggest it opens longer, 8pm is a bit early to close as ppl may want to use them after dinner, esp gym, would suggest it opens 24/7. 」

「火車站往酒店只要6分鐘。酒店往市中心也方便。房間算寬闊，但三人房間的浴室也是用玻璃門，私隱度有問題。冷氣不夠涼。早餐不錯，選擇很多。露台外是瑞士村莊景色，是我主要訂這酒店的原因。可惜被分配在二樓，被酒店前方的建築物阻擋了一部分，有點失望。員工盡責有禮。」

「酒店离文根火车站很近。文根是一个很漂亮的小镇。从这儿可以走到缆车站，上到Mannlichen, 一个特别美的观景点，可以走一段royal walk，也可以看到因特拉肯的三大山峰：僧侣峰，艾格峰，少女峰，从Mannlichen可以做缆车下到格林瓦尔德。文根去劳特布鲁嫩也很近，一站火车就到了。酒店外面是一条繁华的商业街，总体而言很方便。」

「The room is extremely dirty. Rubbish is found in the wardrobe and under the bed. Washroom is also extremely dirty. The water drainage is very bad.The air conditioner is out-dated and the room is extremely hot. 」

「老酒店，设施已陈旧，给我们房间几乎最下面一层，没啥风景。关键是订单上有厨具，结果所有柜子都锁着，除了两个小小咖啡杯，两个小号高脚酒杯，喝水喝茶的杯子一概没有。前台服务员入住时候很客气，打电话要烧水壶答应了但是没人送，只好自己下去要，才拿到一个陈旧的水壶，自己在灶上烧，感觉真落后。早餐还不错吧，可以免费停车。」
