「The service from staff, particularly on reception, the pool and the managers, was outstanding. Reception staff went over and above to help us out when we had an unexpected issue beyond anyone’s control. Staff went to the extreme to help us out and to try and make the most of our time at the hotel, despite the fact one of our party had a health issue. Will absolutely be booking again. Would recommend!!」

「The hotel was a wonderful location to Disney. The staffs were amazing especially the receptionist Harbbel. He is a wonderful staf, polite and knows how to communicate very well. He made a London of suggestions for us which all turn out to be amazing. Thank you」

「1.接駁車在車站較遠之處，若搭乘SCNF相關車抵達，要花點時間與精力才能找到，間距等待時間也很長。 2. 房間清潔極糟：一入房間濃濃的味道，可能是上個房客留下的體味或香水味，需要開窗才能通風。 廚房地板清潔不足，踩到類似醬汁獲油煙殘留物，黏黏很不舒服。 浴室蓮蓬頭滿滿水垢。 3. 優點：離outlet 較近。」

「酒店总体还不错。可能运气不太好，屋里竟有好几只苍蝇。另外早餐虽然丰盛，但感觉火腿和青椒不新鲜了。」

「Staff were helpful, location was good, but the problem is in our three nights stay, the air condition was out of order, we can’t sleep well as it felt like no fresh air in the room, very warm, we talked to different staff but they gave different feedback, two said it was out of order and the engineer is on leave so they cannot fix it, but another one said it is normal they turned it off. Anyway that made bad experience although staff are friendly and responsive. 」
