「The service from staff, particularly on reception, the pool and the managers, was outstanding. Reception staff went over and above to help us out when we had an unexpected issue beyond anyone’s control. Staff went to the extreme to help us out and to try and make the most of our time at the hotel, despite the fact one of our party had a health issue. Will absolutely be booking again. Would recommend!!」

「1.接駁車在車站較遠之處，若搭乘SCNF相關車抵達，要花點時間與精力才能找到，間距等待時間也很長。 2. 房間清潔極糟：一入房間濃濃的味道，可能是上個房客留下的體味或香水味，需要開窗才能通風。 廚房地板清潔不足，踩到類似醬汁獲油煙殘留物，黏黏很不舒服。 浴室蓮蓬頭滿滿水垢。 3. 優點：離outlet 較近。」

「We really liked this B&B hotel would defo recommend but the only thing I would say to the hotel is to invest in an actual mattress for the travel cots. I didn’t appreciate the staff on reception not helping me and when I asked for a duvet to put down at least to make it softer they said it was not allowed. The cot just had the base board down and they think that’s acceptable for a toddler to sleep on, she may aswell slept on the floor. She ended up sleeping with us as I was not letting her sleep...

「the location is perfect and you have everything you need in the room incl. a small kitchen which we actually didn't use but is really a plus. Lots of restaurants nearby. walking distance to all the major museums and attractions.」

「旅館位置鬧中取靜十分優越，附近交通、餐廳都非常便利，到羅浮宮、新橋、龐畢度中心、市政廳、BHV…全是輕鬆的步行距離。 房間內有小廚房、大廳有免費咖啡機超讚。 唯一比較不優的是浴室空間較小，另外這次住了一週，只會安排一天打掃，不過每層樓都有一個垃圾收集室可以自行處理。 我們的房間是面對Novotel背面，雖然景色較單調，但是比較安靜。 」
