「This was our second stay at this property; the last was five years ago in 2019. Room was very clean and amenities as expected. Staff was friendly but noticeably less responsive to simple requests than we recall from our previous visit. Example we asked for paper towels, tissues, and tp at the midpoint of our 5 day stay; were told we'd receive them right away and never got them. Parts of the property looked run down and we were wondering if a storm had hit them and they were still repairing....

「I liked that its located right next to the Atlantis. I didn't like that you couldn't walk across the Riu parking lot and enter into the back entrance of the Atlantis. You used to be able to do that a few years ago & now I wonder why you can't anymore.」

「We have the following suggestions: you should be able to make reservations for dinner at each of the restaurants; there should be more variety for pescatarian/vegan meals; low sodium offers; a bar closer (we were in palapa #75) to the beach; towels: some people need more than two towels - I needed one for my back, one for my knees, one to lay on, one to elevate my leg, there shouldn't be a limit on towels. 「I usually enjoy my stay at Bahia but this trip I was disappointed . I went with my mom and my sons. One day we leave the hotel to visit family and my son forgot his wallet in his room. When we returned to the hotel the son got alert from his bank that fraudulent charges were made on his card. One of the hotel staff apparently stole my son’s card information and used it . 「Overall it's a good experience, I can honestly say that The ocean front room view is amazing and worthy of every single penny!!!! Something I recommend is to rent a car so you can always go outside and eat in local restaurant. The restaurants inside the resort is overprice, breakfast food is good and the restaurant Nectar is good. Other restaurant is not worth it. 「so the property was nice. the restaurant’s food was not good at all. the buffet food was good but the ladies had a nasty attitude and not welcoming. some of the staff were nice and some were very rude. the toilet barely flushed and the light in the room at night was not good. however i liked the place it was really nice and peaceful. 」
