「住宿的房型是3房2廳的房型，還有洗衣機。午餐叫了客房服務的餐點，也非常美味。 多人的旅遊強力推薦。」

「外面泳池有設置燒柴火給泳客取暖，但是一晚兩萬塊的房間裡面都是燒柴味道很糟糕，灰塵很多設施老舊」

「I would have loved to stay later through the day instead of leaving at 11 am I would have paid for an extra 2 hours & please clean the vents in the bathroom they're very Dusty . Otherwise it was a good stay like usual Thank you 」

「The staff were excellent! Expedia gave me the run around when I needed to cancel one of the rooms even after the hotel staff had okayed it. The staff at the hotel ended up taking care of everything for me. I will definitely go back to the hotel but will never use Expedia again!」

「酒店位置很好離班芙纜車和班芙小鎮很近 ，可以酒店看起來有點舊，但位置很方便。房間大但浴室很小。餐點普通，早餐沒有特別好吃可以不用特別花錢去吃。工作人員都很友善，酒店也有自己的停車場需付費停車。」

「Stayed here for the Womens soap run. Great location as within walking distance to the shuttle to the Nordic Center for the walk. Also within walking distance to downtown for shopping and dining. There are also coffee shops and dining in the hotel as well as close to the hotel. The only issue was the heater in our room was very loud when it kicked in at night. Will most definitely stay at this hotel again.」
