「Good」

「We loved the Grille, staff and food. We loved our room. Very clean and comfortable with a gorgeous view of the ocean. Our only complaint, we were in the 3 story section facing the ocean on the 2nd floor. (219) and the person or persons occupying 319 were very heavy walkers. Stomping all day long. The rooms a small enough, I don't know where they were going, back and forth it seemed. It stopped before time for bed, but all day long. I did not complain to the front desk staff. It is very...

「Oscar is a gentleman and very responsive in accommodating guests' needs. The living room/kitchen area needs a little more attention eventhough they already did a good job on it (as we know there's always room for improvement). Bedrooms were great in bedding but uncomfortably cold and we didn't have control over it until I called Oscar. Overall it was a good stay I'll go back again if I'm in the area. 」
