Gardening and environment is well-maintained with tropical and exotic Vietnam vibes. Direct connection with the beach is charming and romantic. However our villa showed multiple malfunction when we moved in. TV was not available in all rooms. Took them 1 day to fix it. Pool lights were broken, fixed in the other day and then broken again. 「The reception desk staff and the concierge people we have met are very helpful. The breakfast is better than I expected. I like my room which is Signature Suite on the 15th floor where I could see sunrise at around 5-ish.」

「this is a hotel next to Ancient town in Hoi An. I booked the soul room for 2 nights and 2 hr spa is included (1hr per day). to save time, I have combined 2 hour spa into 1 day. The spa is good. The soul room is large but it is quite noisy as it is close to the main road. And there is a disco/club next to the hotel. you can hear people sing. The breakfast is just ok, not many choice. The service is good. Staff remember your name and need. Overall, it is a good hotel. 」

「A very good hotel where the rooftop swimming pool can over look the river. The hotel itself is beautifully built and the staff are very nice and helpful . There is a free hotel shuttle bus connecting to Hoi An beach which is also a check out point that can be missed. Excellent!!! 」

「Great Location - easy to get into the Old Town and a short walk down the beach to An Bang. We had an apartment which was fine, except that there was no cutlery and nothing to cook with if one was thinking of doing meals. The breakfast was very average but adequate. Access to the beach was simple, but there was very limited shade provided on the beach. Overall it's not a bad place to stay and while I probably won't stay again, I wouldn't dismiss it as an option if you get a good price.」
