水明漾 5 星級飯店

「飯店的早餐非常豐盛，有五星級的水準。整體而言，硬體設備良好，但軟體服務不足。住宿時發現床單上有血跡，感覺不適，但因為已經太晚就沒有請服務生來更換。另外，在大廳內，櫃檯招待客人的迎賓飲料喝完後就散落在各個桌上，感覺放了很久都沒有人來收拾，使大廳看起來雜亂不堪，不符合此飯店的星級水準。」

「酒店服务细致但是整体陈旧，房间进去有潮味和霉味，被单和毛巾颜色都发黄，另外就是偶尔能闻到类似下水道的臭味，整体体验一般」

「Quite a pleasant experience in this beach front resort style hotel. Big enough for a wholesome enjoyment of Bali without even stepping out of the compound with huge swimming pools, beach, spa and 4 or 5 restaurants or bars. The sunset view on the beach is priceless. But if you like, one could also go out to the streets, easily accessible by taking a complimentary buggy (i.e. golf car) to the front gate of the hotel, to enjoy a wider variety of foods, convenience stores and night clubs. 」

「Really enjoyed our stay. The rooms were new and clean and the breakfast was excellent. Kids club was a highlight for my toddler! However, I feel like the room service food let them down a little bit. I’m not sure why the kids playground isn’t a water park feature either? This would have made the property amazing 」

「A very high value hotel at very reasonable price. The villa with the pool is excellent. The spa massage is also very nice with very cheap price. The hotel location is ok given that we take Grab anyways.」

「The villa is cozy and relaxing, and it is not far from the main street of Seminyak. The only thing is that short of the hot water in the late evening, maybe too many guests are using at the same time?」
